2620600 Primary Facility 2017-07-31 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection of Seneca Resources Corp Grampian Hunting Club A Pad on July 13, 2017.

No one was onsite during my inspection. There are a total of 6 drilled wells onsite. Each well cellar is full of gravel. Attached to the well heads are two totes of trietheylen glycol (photo 1) stationed in secondary manmade containment. The wells are currently not producing (photo 2). There is 6 production units onsite.

The pad size has been reduced/ partially restored. The areas surrounding the pad is well vegetated. No ESCGP or PCSM plans were found onsite.

All well heads and production units onsite are labeled with the previous operators name (EOG RESOURCES) and other contact information. In addition, the site sign or 911 sign contains EOG RESOURCES name and contact information (photo 3). I recommend changing the signs, labels, etc. to reflect Seneca's name and contact information.
