At the time of inspection, all three wells had 2" candy cane vent pipes with marker erected as a plugged well monument. There was no visible or audible venting. No gas was detected at the mouth of the vent. No open holes or discharges were observed. I reviewed the plugging certificates on file; wells were conductors only.
