2659412 Primary Facility 2017-11-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection of Exco's DCNR Tract 323 Pad 2 on November 8, 2017. No one was onsite during my inspection but I later spoke with Barry Graham of Exco via phone. The contractor, Penn Mechanical Group has completed all of the restoration work covered under ESX11-033-0001(01) PCSM plan. All disturbed and/or restored areas have been seeded and mulched. Vegetative growth is at approximately 60%. No trees have been planted in the restored impoundment area to date per the agreement between DCNR and EXCO. Tree planting will take place in the Spring of 2018.

All E&S BMPS remain in place. During my inspection I observed standing water present on the well pad. I discussed my observation with Mr. Graham and he stated that this standing water will be addressed by grading the pad.

There is one drilled Marcellus well onsite tagged as (033-26998). According the the Departments efacts records this well was granted regulatory inactive status on February 8, 2013; this status will expire on February 7, 2018. According t
