Clinton County conducted September 30, 2016 at 12:00 pm. The well is down a lease road off of Big Run Road which is off of Beech Creek Mtn. Road which is on the left about a mile North of Eagleton Road. The landowner has a gate locked on the entrance of Big Run Road. The now vegetated lease road for the pad is on the right, past the gate. Walk about 1/10 mile and the well is in the middle of the field. At the time of inspection; the well is Plugged and has a 2” ball valve coming up from the ground. 2” candycane vent pipe. No gas detected in the vent. No sign of problems near the well. The Well Record shows they set 13 3/8” conductor, 7” casing ran to 1284’ and cemented, drilled ahead to TD @4430. The operator has produced Plugging Certificate from plugging Exact coordinates taken are N 41.19230, W -77.73170.
