Department unable to locate ERP in site mailbox. Department contacted operator rep Matt Gary by phone from site. Mr. Gary stated ERP should be on site. Mr. Gary stated he will place another copy of ERP in mailbox tomorrow. According to Department records the regulatory inactive status for this well was extended for one year on 6–26 –17.

The well head casing and poly fluid collection tank look ok.

The operator states on the annual inactive status application that LPR will begin production on nearby wells by the end of October, 2018 and that the results of these wells will help to evaluate the economics of building a pipeline to the Burnworth West Well Pad. And the operator states that if the economics do not support the cost of building the pipeline infrastructure then the operator will proceed with Plugging and Abandoning the well by October 2019.

An additional compliance inspection will be conducted at a later date.
