The well pads and production equipment appeared to be in good condition. Previous third party impacts had been documented at the site. Chevron had repaired the damage caused by third party actors. The site was well vegetated and there were no signs of erosion observed at the time of inspection. The site meets the requirements for permit termination. The NOT is approved
