The site had recently been partially restored and hydroseeded (see photographs). There were no E&S issues noted at the time of inspection.

On 04/25/16 at approximately 1000 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection of the site. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present in the mail box. The site had recently been partially restored. The site exhibited good vegetative growth (See photograph). There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.

There were no signs of erosion at the time of inspection. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.

On 12/07/16 at approximately 0800 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection of the Ritter Unit. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site overall was well vegetated, but a location near the gate to the well pad appeared to have been driven on by equipment and is recommended to be seeded in spring. A modification had been submitted and approved to address differences between as built and permitted pad areas. There were no signs of erosion at the time of inspection. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
