2854246 Primary Facility 2019-03-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Wednesday March 6, 2019 I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Montgomery No. 1 Conventional Vertical Gas Well located in Center Township, Greene County.

The access road and the pad area were observed to be in good condition.

Uniform vegetative growth was observed through a thin snow cover.

The production tank appeared to be in sound condition.

The earthen berm containment structure around the production tank appeared to be in good condition and was observed to be vegetated. Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider utilizing secondary containment constructed of impermeable materials. A release of fluid can result in a violation being issued to the operator.

The gas well and associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly.

The well was tagged with identification.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
