1406383 | Primary Facility | 2005-01-04 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Well is drilled, equipped, producing. Tagged, plan here, etc., w/good culverting and accessedging. Creep-prone hill on the upper side is open-ditched and exposed to the open air as much as possible due to heavy saturation. Added stone and rip-rapping noticeable and helpful. Gated, fenced access. Awaits weather conditions conducive to final restoration. |
2692856 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-09 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On Friday, February 9, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Perkey No. 1 Well Site located in Center Township, Greene County.
The site is secured with a locked gate. The access road and the well pad were in good condition. The area was partially snow covered and significant vegetative growth was observed through the snow cover and in areas without snow cover. There is no secondary containment around the production fluid AST which appeared to be in good condition with no apparent signs of a previous fluid release. The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was labelled. No violations were identified during the inspection. |
2845203 | Primary Facility | 2019-02-05 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On Tuesday February 5, 2019 I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Perkey 1 Vertical Gas Well (VGW) Site located in Center Township, Greene County.
The access road, which is also used to access the Perkey 2 VGW located at the end of the road, and the pad area were in good condition. The site has been stabilized with uniform vegetative growth. The production tank appeared to be in sound condition. There is no secondary containment utilized with the production tank. Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider utilizing secondary containment constructed of impermeable materials. A release of fluid to,the ground surface can result in a violation being issued to the operator. The gas well and associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was tagged with identification. No violations were identified during the inspection. |
