Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2131068 Primary Facility 2012-12-11 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted
2145035 Primary Facility 2013-02-28 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced gas well to conduct a follow-up Complaint Inspection. The gas well appears to be active and in production. According to EFACTS, the well has a TD of 790 feet. The gas well has been identified as a CBM Well in EFACTS, but the Operator has said that this was a G.O.B. Well that was drilled for mining purposes and now is a producing gas well. This G.O.B. Well does have an API number. The producing gas well does not have any production equipment on site. The Department did identify two lines buried that were leading into a natural drainage swale. What is the purpose of these buried lines? The photos show the lines leading to the natural drainage swale. The access road is in bad shape. It appears the Operator cleared out some cross over drains on the access road to prevent further damage to the road. The Operator plans on fixing the access road when the ground dries.
