The access road and the pad were in good condition. The area is partially snow covered. Vegetative growth was observed through the snow cover and in areas without snow cover. The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was labelled as required. There is no on-site production fluid storage. No violations were identified during the inspection. |

The well pad area was in good condition. The access road, which is shared with the GH13 CBM Well and access to a utility tower, was composed primarily of soil with little to no gravel and contained tire ruts on sections of the uphill portion of the road. Given the steep grade and that the access road is primarily bare earth not stabilized with vegetation nor aggregate, the potential for accelerated erosion and sedimentation is greatly increased, even without the formation of tire ruts. The operator should consider immediately addressing the erosion and sedimentation issues associated with the access road before they become problematic. Although the access road had been utilized by other companies in the past and potentially a utility company currently, the road is used for access to gas wells and needs to be stabilized.
