2406006 Primary Facility 2015-08-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 08/17/15 at approximately 0700 hours I conducted a site restoration inspection in response to an NOT submittal by Chevron. All required documents were present in the mail box. The site was well vegetated and had recently been mowed for hay. There were no signs of erosion. The wells appeared to be in good condition. The NOT is approved.
2561681 Primary Facility 2017-02-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted

On 02/08/17 at approximately 1000 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection of the site. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present. The site was well vegetated and there were no signs of erosion observed at the time of inspection. The equipment on site appeared to be in good condition. There were no violations observed.
