The site has not been restored at this point but the Operator will begin work next week. The E/S controls are in working condition and temporary site stabilization has been obtained. There is no water pouring out of the fill side of the pad during this inspection. This is where the orange acidic water poured out of the pad. The Operator will determine how to control this water.

The Operator has drilled and fracked the wells and they appear to be in production. There is an ongoing water quality investigation taking place at this site. The Operator hired Moody to install ground water monitoring wells to evaluate the ground water. The Operator was on site restoring a water impoundment. The site will need to be seeded and mulched after final grading.
