The operator has drilled and fracked these wells and in the process of restoring the site. The Complainant was concerned about some of the BMP's surrounding the site. The Department observed some silt fence that was down and needed replaced. A minor amount of silt got past the BMP's but did not appear to impact a waterway. The Department spoke with the Operator and they began replacing the BMP's that needed fixed that day. Please seed and mulch the site after the final grading is complete. The disturbed ground should be exposed for no longer than 4 days.
