1941479 Primary Facility 2011-01-08 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
1970140 Primary Facility 2011-02-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection. The site construction appears to be complete and they are ready to begin drilling. The E/S controls appear to be in good condition. The pits/impoundments on site are built but not yet being used. This site is in a HQ watershed and special protection BMP¿s will need to be maintained in order to prevent pollution. As per the ESCGP-1 requirement, the site will need to be inspected after a rainfall event and weekly. Please keep all E/S inspection reports on file.
1974704 Primary Facility 2011-02-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection. They are currently drilling a Marcellus Well on site. The E/S controls appear to be in good condition. The pits/impoundments appear to be in good condition. The driller was blowing a lot of dust across the site. The drill foreman explained that they got stuck down hole and it was temporary. This site is in a HQ watershed and special protection BMP¿s will need to be maintained in order to prevent pollution. As per the ESCGP-1 requirement, the site will need to be inspected after a rainfall event and weekly. Please keep all E/S inspection reports on file.

2067399 Primary Facility 2012-03-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection. There are 2 Marcellus Wells drilled and appear to be in production at this location. The Well hit TD on 8-12-11 and the site should be restored and permanently stabilized on 5-12-12 with a uniform vegetative cover of 70%. Please make sure a restoration extension request is submitted if the site does not meet the restoration requirements within 9 months. The drill pits on site were empty but still contained a liner and were open. A stand-alone impoundment exists off site that contains only fresh water and will remain open. This impoundment can remain open as long as the ESCGP-1 requirements are met and it only contains fresh water.
2083761 Primary Facility 2012-06-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Minor Mod to ESCGP-1. Currently reclaimimg site and removing 1 sed trap and leaving 1 sed trap until they reach 70% uniform vegetative cover.
2555542 Primary Facility 2017-01-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted

On 01/11/17 at approximately 0930 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection of the Bruno Unit. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site.
