Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2006262 Primary Facility 2011-09-21 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted CONDUCTOR AT 100' NO OTHER DRILLING.
2014182 Primary Facility 2011-10-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2027552 Primary Facility 2011-09-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Routine Inspection. The operator is finishing up construction of the pad and lining the pits. The Department reviewed the E/S Plan on site. The E/S controls appear to be in good condition. The Operator is currently adding E/S controls to make sure all the sediment stays on site. Temporary stabilization has been obtained on this site. Grass is beginning to grow on the fill slopes.
2035023 Primary Facility 2012-01-09 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted WELL DRILLED TO KOP. SITE AND E&S OK.
2051421 Primary Facility 2012-03-13 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Drilled to 12371 TD. 5 1/2 prodution string.
2051432 Primary Facility 2012-03-13 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2449062 Primary Facility 2016-01-09 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On 01/09/16 at approximately 0800 hours I conducted a routine partial inspection of the Grooms Unit. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. I met with Nick Staffieri of Chevron to discuss changes at the site.

One of the forebays on the site (#3) was moved within the same drainage area as proposed, but without Departmental approval. This is a violation of 102.5(m)(4). It is recommended that Chevron submit for a minor modification to reflect current conditions at the site.

2636955 Primary Facility 2017-09-15 Site Restoration No Violations Noted A site restoration inspection was conducted in response to an NOT submittal by Chevron. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site was well vegetated and meets and exceeds 70% uniform vegetative cover. There were no signs of erosion observed at the time of inspection. The production equipment appeared to be in good condition. The site meets the requirements for permit termination. The NOT is approved.
