Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2134394 Primary Facility 2013-01-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a Pre-Operation Inspection. The Department observed the site built and in good condition. The E/S BMP's were in line with the E/S Plan. The site was complete and the Operator was putting straw blankets on the slopes of the pad during this inspection. The slopes along the access road and the drill pad were temporarily stabilized. The access road was in good condition. Considering the time of year and the weather, please continue to keep the mud off the paved county road by insuring the first 50 feet of the access road has stone capable of cleaning the mud off the tires of vehicles leaving the site. The Operator may begin drilling the Marcellus Wells.
2273666 Primary Facility 2014-05-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted ROUTINE INSPECTION. PRODUCTION UNIT AND TANK IN PLACE. WELL TAGGED PROPERLY.
2274080 Primary Facility 2014-05-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 5/13/2014, the Department conducted an inspection of ECA's SHARPNACK 1MH, 2MH, 3MH, and 4MH OG Well site in Cumberland Twp., Greene County.
2704558 Primary Facility 2018-02-13 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted An inspection was conducted in response to Greylock Production LLC beginning work to remove the impoundment and working pit liners. During the time of inspection, a portion of the impoundment liner had been removed, exposing the soil on the north side. Visible staining was observed (see photograph). The Department informed Greylock an additional inspection would be conducted on 02/14/18 at 0900 hours to inspect the pits after the liners had been fully removed.
2705203 Primary Facility 2018-02-14 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted An inspection was conducted in response to Greylock Production LLC removing the impoundment and working pit liners. Moody and Associates Inc. placed flags in the impoundment and working pit to mark grid sampling locations. Soil staining was visible in multiple locations throughout both the impoundment and the working pit.
