There is three Marcellus Wells on site that are drilled but not fracked. The impoundment that is located north of the drill pad is full and has approximately 4 feet of free-board. The Operator should be in compliance with the 2 feet of free-board regulation. The drill pits on site have no liner but are still on site. These open pits on site contain water. This water needs to be tested in accordance with Chapter 78 before it is discharged.

Restoration extension for 2/8/15 granted.
2209800 Primary Facility 2013-09-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 9/23/2013, I performed an inspection of Chevron Appalachia's Hart Unit 9H-11H well site. The site is located in Cumberland Twp., Greene County. The inspection was performed due to a request by the myself during an restoration extension request to have some areas of the well site re-seeded.
2446552 Primary Facility 2016-02-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 02/01/16 at approximately 1230 hours I conducted a site restoration inspection of the Hart Unit in response to an NOT submittal by Chevron Appalachia LLC. The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site.

The site was well vegetated and met the requirements of uniform 70% growth. All temporary BMPs had been removed and there was no unnecessary equipment present at the site. The NOT is approved.
