There is three Marcellus Wells on site that are drilled but not fracked. The impoundment that is located north of the drill pad is full and has approximately 4 feet of free-board. The Operator should be in compliance with the 2 feet of free-board regulation. The drill pits on site have no liner but are still on site. These open pits on site contain water. This water needs to be tested in accordance with Chapter 78 before it is discharged.|

|2209803||2013-09-23||No Violations Noted|| On 9/23/2013, I performed an inspection of Chevron Appalachia's Hart Unit 9H-11H well site. The site is located in Cumberland Twp., Greene County. The inspection was performed due to a request by the myself during an restoration extension request to have some areas of the well site re-seeded.
The new Act 9 Site ID sign was in place and legible. The PPC plan, E&S plan and well permits were in the box.
The wells at the site were being setup for production. The site has 2 tanks located on the well pad. No leaks were observed at the tanks.
There was several areas on the cut slope of the drill pad which had poor vegetation cover and I requested the operator to address these issues. The operator has hydro-seeded the areas.
All soil stockpiles were stable and well vegetated.
The impoundment was stable and vegetated, and had over 2' of freeboard.
