The operator immediately shutdown operations and vacuumed fluids from containment and returned it to the working tanks for use in the fracking operations.
2341701 2015-01-09 In Compliance with Policy On 1/8/15 the operator reported a spill of 10 barrels of impared water to secondary containment during fracking operations. A small volume of impared water left containment and spilled to pad. Volume off containment was approx. 1/2 gallon. The operator immediately shutdown operations and vacuumed fluids from containment and returned it to the working tanks for use in the fracking operations. The snow impacted by the impared water leaving containment was also vacuumed up.
