This area extends approximately 38 feet down gradient from the brine tank valve and was approximately 9 feet wide. No active leak was observed at this time. No wet/damp soil observed at this time. Department contacted operator rep Chris Baker by phone from site; left message. Mr. Baker returned call and stated he would visit site and follow up with Department.

8-23-17: Mr. Baker contacted Department by phone. He stated that Snyder Bros is not producing this well, it is being used for house gas. He also stated that horses have been pastured at this site in the past. Also, the landowner had this well swabbed without notifying Snyder Bros. Mr. Baker stated he will empty the brine tank and seed and mulch un-vegetated area to stabilize site. Department recommends operator ensure a release of production fluids has not occurred, and if it has, remediate area as per Document #800-5000-001: Addressing Spills and Releases at Oil an

2757994 Primary Facility 2018-07-31 Routine/Complete Inspection In Compliance with Policy Well appears equipped for production. A small un-vegetated area is located near well head. This unvegetated area appears smaller than the unvegetated area observed inspection record #2628144. Department contacted operator rep Chris Baker by phone from site. Mr. Baker stated the area had previously been seated and mulched. Department recommends operator ensure site is permanently stabilized with >70% uniform vegetative growth. Mr. Baker stated he will visit the site and follow up with Department.
