At 1112, operator representative Lisa Raffle contacted the Department by phone. The Department notified Ms. Raffle of the observations during the Department's 8/31/17 on-site inspection (record 2631808). The Department previously made several attempts to contact the operator by phone on 8/31/17 and 9/1/17 following this inspection. Ms. Raffle stated that she would immediately follow-up and keep the Department apprised of any updates.

At 1120, Ms. Raffle notified the Department by phone that the brine tank has already been repaired.

At 1126, Ms. Raffle notified the Department by phone that on 9/1/17, the brine tank was repaired, the spill cleaned up, and the area seeded/mulched. The Operator is reporting a release of 2 gallons.

Operator representative Lisa Raffle provided pictures of the site following clean-up via e-mail to the Department.
