Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1343545 Primary Facility 2004-06-04 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Falcon Drilling Co. preparing installation of 2 3/8" tubing & packer in 4 1/2".
1885247 Primary Facility 2010-05-18 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was in production and properly tagged. Brine tank appeared sound. Site was adequately and uniformly restored with 70% vegetative cover; therefore, it is recommended that operator remove temporary erosion and sedimentation controls (ie. filter fabric fence) since site appears permanently stabilized. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site. Recommend that operator continue to perform routine maintenance on main access road shared between various Phillips Production well sites to ensure stability and limit erosion and sedimentation concerns. (Accompanied with, Water Quality Specialist, Greg Higgins during inspection).
