Drilling occurred 12/17/05-12/22/05.WT present, legible.BT appears sound.Well site surrounded by security fence. Although snow-cover is present, site appears restored with no obvious signs of any accelerated E&S issues noted.Dept observed what appears to be a soapy residue on wellhead.Residue does not appear to be actively increasing in amount with no discharge onto the ground identified. Dept immediately notified Opr rep Heather Lander via phone of observations.Ms. Lander agreed to promptly send a well-tender to the site to investigate the source of this residue and appropriately clean-up this residue from the well.An update shall be provided to the Dept.
