1890251 Primary Facility 2010-05-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection conducted with O & G hydrogeologist Mike Morgart. GP-5 and Gp-8 stream crossing project for CNX of UNT to Blacklegs Creek designated as a CWF for the installation of one 12 inch gas line, one 8 inch gasline, and one 6 inch water line. The area of the crossing was flagged and is in the vicinity of CNX Gas Co. Speal NT274 OG Well 063-36480 and CNX Nowrytown NT152OG Well 063-36597. Topography is very steep and there is very little hydrophytic vegetation in the road washout and the fluvial area of the stream. These areas are less than 5 ft in width and there was no significant indicators of hydric soils or hydrology outside of the stream due to the topography. No wetland impacts anticipated.
