1851961 Primary Facility 2009-12-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was actively being drilled. Proper signage and E&S plan available on site. Filter fence installed down gradient of pad, no accelerated E&S issues in relation to site or access road. Access road was adequately rocked. Freeboard sustained. Note, I recommend the operator place a baffle on drill put to reduce the amounts of dust and possibly drill cuttings that may exceed pit freeboard in order to prevent a possible pollution event and/or violation.
1852049 Primary Facility 2009-12-22 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted According to records, well permit granted on 8/11/09 to depth of 5500 ft. Spud called for 12/21/09. Well sign and E&S plan present at the entrance of site pad. Site pad was completed. E&S controls were implemented. Falcon Drilling set conductor at 44¿ (13 3/8¿) sanded. First Stringer was going to 1680¿ (7¿). Current depth was at 1380 ft. No Water recorded on log. Pit aligned with 20 mil and no freeboard issues. At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues.
1893393 Primary Facility 2010-06-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was drilled and in production. Brine tank appeared sound, noted it was also surrounded by a dike. Site had been seeded and mulched near 70% successful vegetative growth observed. No accelerated E&S issues were observed on site or on access road. Access road stable. It is recommended that the operator add additional rock to culvert outlet on right side of access road upon entering site.
1902531 Primary Facility 2010-08-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted According to records, well permit granted on 8/11/04 and was completed to depth of 4909 ft. Well tag present. WACR submitted and approved by the PADEP on 2/26/10. E&S controls were implemented. At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues. Well head consisted of 8¿pipe reduced to 4¿ to 2¿ production with multiple shut offs. Well head showed no corrosion. Production equipment consisted of 100 bbl brine tank (50 bbl fluid), separator (90 psi) and data logger. No signs of gas leak from around well and equipment
