The site was properly signed with E&S plan available for review. Noted that one pit was dug, but not yet lined. An interceptor ditch is being installed above the site, which had not yet been rocked. Culvert inlets and outlets were constructed, but were also not yet rocked. It is recommended that the operator check the structural integrity and installation of filter fabric fence, noted some areas where the fence had been compromised by debris. It is also reccomended that additional E&S controls be installed along the access road due to the steep slope of the roadway. Access road entrace was adequately rocked. |
