No freeboard issues. Well sign and E&S plan present. Filter fence present on the down gradient side. Keyrock rep was Doug Wadsworth. Well completed and was in process of removing water from pit.
1953266 Primary Facility 2011-02-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Site ID sign and ES plan present. Rig onsite drilling, but currently broke down. Bmp¿s appear to be installed according to ES plan, although it is recommended that operator continue to closely monitor until final restoration is complete. Operator plans to encapsulate drill cuttings, SHGWT >72in. Observed some mud on roadway, Spoke With Doug Wadsworth of Keyrock, who stated broom truck will be on the way, he would scrap big chunks in mean time. One lined below grade and one lined above grade pit located onsite. Freeboard levels are reaching the 2ft required minimum. Recommend operator removed liquid fraction and cuttings to prevent a possible pollution event and/or exceeding freeboard. Observed, runoff from nearby fields that appeared to be draining behind/underneath pit, spoke to Mike Buhite and Doug Wadsworth about concern with pit and possibility of water filling bottom of pit. Follow up meeting will be scheduled in the next week with operator to discuss water runoff concerns due to recent thaws.
1953300 Primary Facility 2011-02-24 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, Keyrock Rep Doug Wadsworth onsite. ES plan and sign present. Rig onsite currently broke down. Contents (cuttings and liner) of below grade pit have been removed and placed in roll-off containeR. A diversion ditch has been installed behind pit to divert water to road side ditches. Above grade freshwater pit adequately lined. No IW issues observed. Mud observed on roadway, Doug planned to removed and place additional rock at entrance of well site to help minimize mud on SR 217. ES controls installed and functioning, again dept recommended that operator continue to routinely monitor/maintain ALL BMP¿S (especially due to recent heavy thaws) until final restoration is achieved.
2016205 Primary Facility 2011-11-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues. Well tag present. CBM well was in production. Pump jack and meter box present.
