The well is equipped for production with a brine tank attached, and has been tagged with the correct DEP permit number. The site has been graded to final contours and stabilized by vegetation. The short access road remains stable. A bull plug has been installed in the brine tank drain valve, and the tank was nearly empty at the time of inspection. The sediment fence has been left at the location around the perimeter of the site and through the small wetland behind the brine tank. The fence and the associated stakes should be removed since it has not been maintained and vegetation is now well over 70% coverage. No violations were noted. |
