Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1493102 Primary Facility 2005-11-08 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2562781 Primary Facility 2017-02-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well was drilled in an agricultural area off of Hormtown Road in November 2005. The well is equipped for production with a 50 bbl poly brine tank attached. A berm has been constructed around the brine tank. A sticker with the well information and correct DEP permit number has been posted on the meter house. This well has been transferred to APC from EXCO, and the contact info on the tank sticker has been updated. The site has been graded to final contours and returned to its original condition as a farm field. The access road has several areas of standing water where stone may eventually be needed, but remains stable.

Staining on the brine tank indicates that produced fluids are able to escape this tank when the dump valve opens. There is no lid on the tank, and any fluid directed towards this opening would be able to contact the surface. No violations were noted, but the plumbing angle and/or tank opening issue must be corrected as soon as possible.

2850221 Primary Facility 2019-03-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well was drilled in an agricultural area off of Hormtown Road in November 2005. No violations were noted during this inspection, but action should be taken to ensure that all produced fluids are captured by the small brine tank.
