2471669 | Primary Facility | 2016-04-04 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The well site remains at its originally permitted size and none of the 6 wells permitted wells on the site have ever been drilled. Six well cellars have been installed and containment remains installed around the cellars. Scrap pieces of containment and trash were piled at the northeast corner of the well pad. Full rolls of containment, pipe, barriers, and berms were also being stored onsite. Please remove trash being stored onsite. Erosion was noted on the southeast fill slope of the well pad. In addition, the topsoil pile lacks vegetative cover and has exposed topsoil. I recommend repairing the erosion/scouring on the fill slope and installing permitted PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) features before the ESCGP expires. |
