BMPs installed and functioning as outlined in ES plan. Previously disturbed areas appeared to be seeded and mulched with observed growth, although it is recommended that operator reseed or blanket soil pile in order to prevent a possible erosion event as minimal growth observed at this time. Red staining of soil observed at toe of pad slope﾿operator investigated and believes decomposition from fill material is causing the red staining. Accompanied by WQS Marc Maestra during inspection.
2006180 2011-09-28 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW discharge issues at the site. Chevron contracted Paterson rig 255. Dewayne Pauley is the representative for Chevron.
