2766972 Primary Facility 2018-08-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 8/23/2018 at approximately 1120, I conducted a routine inspection of the Mitchell James Unit 4H Well Site located in Mount Pleasant Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • The Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • The well on site was not currently in production but appeared to be in good condition.
  • The production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared to be structurally sound.
  • The gas separator was not within secondary containment but appeared to be in good condition.
  • The labels were peeling off the tanks and gas separator unit which should be addressed by the operator.
  • The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70% vegetative growth.

No violations were found during this inspection.

2771362 Primary Facility 2018-09-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the James Mitchell well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The wells were maintained no leaks or fluids around the well head. The production tanks had some chipping paint with rust. The secondary containment for the tanks was intact and maintained no leaks observed.
