Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetative cover no erosion observed. The well heads were painted and maintained no leaks or fluids around the well heads. Production tanks were in good condition no leaks, rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.
