The access road and the pad area were observed to be in good condition and the site is vegetated. The earthen berm secondary containment structure around the production tanks was observed to be primarily vegetated and in good condition. The production tanks also appeared to be in good condition. Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider using secondary containment constructed with impermeable materials. A release of fluid within the earthen berm structure can result in a violation being issued to the operator. The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was tagged. No violations were identified during the inspection. |
