Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1836956 Primary Facility 2009-10-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The operator submitted a request for a six month site restoration extension on 10/9/09 due to pipeline and compressor station scheduling difficulties. The well reached total depth on 12/14/08 and the ID sign and E&S plan was on site. All E&S controls were installed properly and need to be maintained and inspected after every significant rainfall event. The following extension has been approved, and the deadline for the site restoration is 4/21/09.
