Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stable with thick vegetative growth on the slopes. No E&S issues observed. The wells were painted and maintained no leaks or fluids around well heads. The production tanks were in good condition no rust , leaks or defects observed. The secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.
