1891199 Primary Facility 2010-06-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On June 2nd, 2010 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. The well pad was constructed, but drilling of the wells has not yet taken place. the pits were also constructed. The access road was in good condition. A site ID sign and E&S plan were on posted site. The E&S controls appeared to be functioning properly and should continue to be inspected routinely and after every significant rainfall event.
1910648 Primary Facility 2010-07-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On July 28th, 2010 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. The well pad was constructed, well 15H had been spudded. A new pit liner was in place. The access road was in good condition. A site ID sign and E&S plan were on posted site. The E&S controls appeared to be functioning properly and should continue to be inspected routinely and after every significant rainfall event. The sediment trap at the rear of the pad required some maintenance.
