2195429 Primary Facility 2013-07-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On July 8, 2013, I stopped at Range’s L.L. Day site for a routine inspection. There are four wells on-site and all are in production.
2201290 Primary Facility 2013-08-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted A Notice of Termination inspection regarding the ESCGP-1 (ESX09-125-0072) permit was performed at the LL Day well site; all of the individual wells were also inspected. There were no concerns or issues noted during this site visit.
2597157 Primary Facility 2017-05-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Wednesday, May 24, 2017, I conducted a routine-complete inspection of the Day L&L Well Site located in Amwell Township, Washington County.

The Act 9 sign was clearly legible at the site entrance which is secured with a locked gate. All required documentation was available on-site. The access road and the well pad are in good condition and the site is stabilized with various stages of vegetative growth and E&S BMPs. The operator should continue their periodic monitoring program and address any deficiencies, signs of accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation upon identification.

The secondary containment structure around the production tanks appear to be in good condition and functioning as intended. The gas wells appear to be in good working order and are each labelled accordingly.

No violations were noted during the inspection.

2840840 Primary Facility 2019-02-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 2/7/2019 at approximately 12:40, I conducted a routine inspection of the Day L&L well site located in Amwell Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • Production equipment appeared to be in good condition.
  • Production fluid tanks within secondary containment and appeared in good condition.
  • All wells were marked and appeared in good condition.
  • The site appeared stable with no accelerated erosion.

No violations were observed during this inspection.
