2630887 Primary Facility 2017-08-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Wednesday, August 16, 2017, I performed a routine-complete inspection at the NV 31 Well Site located in Morris Township, Washington County.

The Act 9 sign was in place and clearly legible at the foot of the access road which begins on the NV30 Well Pad. All required documentation was available on-site, although the physical integrity of the documents is deteriorating. The operator may consider periodically checking the documents on-site to assure that they are up to date and legible.

The access road and the well pad were in good condition and the site is stabilized with vegetative growth.

The secondary containment structure around the production tanks appeared to be in good condition and functioning as intended. The gas wells and associated GPUs appeared to be in good working order and the gas wells are each labelled as required.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
