2651328 Primary Facility 2017-10-04 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On October 4, 2017, the Department performed an inspection of the CNX NV61 well pad. The site is located in East Finley Twp., Washington Co. The inspection was related to a well restoration report, for the wells drilled on site, by the operator

The well pad access road and well pad are in good condition.

The site has been restored and PCSMs (Infiltration berms) have been installed. The well pad has been reduced in size and vegetated. The operator CNX has terminated the ESCGP2 permit for the site.

New stone was placed by the operator near the production fluid storage tanks and a roll off box with stone was noted on the production pad. Kyle Borden (CNX), stated that a truck off loading the production fluid tanks had a malfunction and released oil to the production pad. The trucking company had cleaned up the small release.

5 wells have been drilled to completion and are equipped for production on site. The GPUs on site are not in secondary containment. The operator will need to place the GPUs into cont
