The well pad and access road are in good condition. The operator has restored the well site to the the conditions in the approved restoration plan. The operator has constructed the PCSM structures which were functional at time of inspection. The site is stable with greater than 70% uniform perennial vegetation growth. Given the condition of the well site at time of inspection the Department recommends that the operator submit to terminate the ESCGP2 permit. 4 wells have been drilled to TD and completed on the well pad. The wells are equipped for production. |
