Operator informed that less than 3 gallons of petroleum/oil based material was released. All visibly impacted material was excavated and properly stored pending the return of sampling results. Soil sampling results indicate adequate excavation of impacted area. Department recommends the Operator properly dispose of all impacted material and restore site in accordance with Spill Policy.
2395284 Primary Facility 2015-07-27 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted This inspection was performed as a Compliance Evaluation to Inspection ID 2385580 upon receipt of soil sampling test results. It appears Operator removed all visibly impacted soil and additionally sampling tests results indicate adequate excavation of impacted area. At the time of inspection, excavated area has been backfilled, seeded and mulched. All temporary E&S controls have been removed. Site permanently stabilized with no E&S issues. Department recommends Operator continue to perform routine maintenance of site in order to prevent a potential pollution event and/or accelerated E&S issues from occurring and to ensure the stability of site is maintained.
