If the Operator determines a brine tank is needed, the Department suggests the Operator repair or replace the brine tank. No observation of or evidence that suggests a release of production fluid has occurred from the brine tanks.

NOTE: The 100 bbl steel fluid collection tank is full of holes and rotted beyond any further use on this well. No more production waste water may be discharged/produced from this well until this tank has been replaced.
