The site appears to meet the restoration criteria of 70% uniform vegetative coverage. No observation of accelerated erosion and sedimentation in relation to the access road or well pad. The Department notes that the Operator has removed perimeter E&S controls. The site appears to meet the requirements set forth by the ESCGP-1 restoration and post construction water management plan. The Department approves the Operators request for the Notice of Termination, ESX09-129-0001.
