Well-site not constructed at time of inspection. Inspection performed as a result of a waiver review due to the proximity of the well-site to an Unnamed Tributary of Pollock Run.
1900005 Primary Facility 2010-07-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed, well was not equipped for production. Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. E&S plan appeared to have been implemented as outlined. Noted that the silt fencing had been installed too close to the fill slope and thus would not function properly. A portion of the fencing had been compromised due to earth moving activities by a dozer located onsite. Left phone message at number listed on site ID sign regarding this matter and requesting a return phone call to WQS Higgins.
