2538188 | Primary Facility | 2016-11-18 | Complaint Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection the well was drilled and equipped for production. The Department observed two small areas where it appears the Operator has removed spill impacted material inside the earthen secondary containment berm. Both areas were approximately 10" in width and approximately 6" in depth. Both small excavated areas are located near the brine tank valves. The content of the small spill does not appear to have impacted waters of the commonwealth or were large enough to have been reported to the Department. The Department also observed the Janitor well head showed signs of corrosion of the annular production equipment. The site and access road did not show signs of accelerated erosion and sedimentation. The site appeared to be restored. |
