2036159 Primary Facility 2012-01-13 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed on the well pad. Greenawalt 25H is in production on the well pad. Noted that the area which had been affected by the hole created in the pit liner during pump hose removal had been completed, but it did not appear that site restoration activities had begun as of the time of the inspection. Upon submission of a sample analysis package the Department review the results and sampling protocol and found that the site had been effectively remediated and that the contaminated media had been excavated and disposed of properly. The operator should insure the site erosion controls are maintained and the site is temporarily stabilized in accordance with 102.22(b) until final site restoration activities can be completed.
