2014643 Primary Facility 2011-10-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was ongoing on well 129-28474 Aikens 5A. All E&S controls had been installed as outlined in the E&S plan. The disturbed area had been temporarily stabilized. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.

The Operator indicated that the well was being equipped for production. The associated brine tank and secondary containment appeared to be in sound condition. No accelerated erosion and sedimentation observed in relation to the well pad area or access road. The E&S plan was onsite, the BMPs were properly implemented and maintained. The Department suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site on a weekly basis and after significant precipitation events to ensure E&S remains at a minimum.
