2170258 Primary Facility 2013-05-30 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well appeared to be drilled and equipped for production. The well apparatus and brine tanks appear to be in sound working condition. The Operator appears to be in the beginning phases of site restoration, the pit contents and liner have been removed and the backfilling of the pit appears to have begun. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in relation to the well pad or access road. The Department suggests the operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure the site stability is maintained.

2556898 Primary Facility 2017-01-30 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well appeared to be drilled and equipped for production. Well apparatus and brine tanks appeared to be in sound condition. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in relation to the well pad or access road. The Department suggests the operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure the site stability is maintained.
2834667 Primary Facility 2019-01-28 Site Restoration In Compliance with Policy Inspection conducted in response to a Post-drilling Well Site Restoration Report received by Department.

At time of inspection well appears equipped for production. Two brine tanks on site. Site snow-covered. Department is unable to determine if vegetative growth has reached >70% uniform growth. This Post-drilling Well Site Restoration Report is DENIED due to snow cover. Department recommends operator re-submit Post-drilling Well Site Restoration Report when vegetative growth is able to be inspected.
